Colleen Altenreid
Colleen began her escrow career in 1970 when she took a position at the front desk as a receptionist. She quickly received on the job training and eventually became an escrow officer, first with Western Mutual Escrow in Long Beach, working under Dorothe Irish (her mother) and then working for Cardinal Pacific Escrow for 16 years before joining our team at International City Escrow, Inc.
Colleen specializes in Residential and Loan Escrow and helps process our 1031-Exchange transactions. She is always willing to lend a helping hand and very eager to impart her knowledge on newer employees within the organization.
Her favorite thing about escrow is that there is always something new and different to do and that it is not repetittive. In her spare time, Colleen enjoys reading, playing card games, doing puzzles and completing crosswords.
